Working Principle
It is mainly to repeatedly puncture the fiber web with a needle with a hook on the edge of the triangular cross section, so that the fibers are tightly entangled with each other to generate a greater cohesive force, and increase the density of the fiber web, forming a material that is both strong and strong.
Failures and countermeasures of medium-speed needle punching machine
1). Is the main machine unable to start because the fiber web is too thick and the load is too heavy? You can manually raise the needle beam to the highest point first, and then start the motor. When stopping, it is best to wait until the fiber web in the needle plate is out before stopping
2). If the feed and discharge rollers do not work, check whether the electrical part is normal, whether the fuse is good, whether the feed and discharge rollers are stuck, whether the bearings, gears, and sprockets are operating normally, and whether the reducer is damaged. If damaged, please replace it in time.
3). There are often broken needles. Carefully check whether the needle holes on the upper, middle and lower plates are aligned, whether the speed of the feed and discharge rollers is consistent, adjust the verticality of each needle plate, adjust the process speed of each roller. Generally, the discharge is faster than the feed part. In addition, pay attention to the relationship between the needling frequency and the feed and discharge rollers. If the frequency is too low, the feed and discharge roller speed may cause broken needles.
4). The turbine is difficult to lift and lower. Check whether the turbines are bitten and whether there is a lack of lubricating oil inside.
5). The main drive shaft has abnormal sounds. Check whether the main drive shaft bearings are lacking in oil or damaged. Add lubricating oil or replace the bearings. If the bearings have inner bushings, loosen the caps first, remove the movable beam, and do not tighten the bushings after the bearings are installed. Tighten the bushings after the movable beams are installed.
6). The whole machine has increased noise, broken needles, and reduced stability. Check the guide device. It may be due to the serious wear of the guide sleeve after long-term work. Push the movable beam horizontally by hand to see if there is a front and rear movable gap. If there is, it proves that the guide sleeve is seriously worn. Check whether there is a gap between the connecting rod and the connecting rod seat. If there is, it means that the connecting rod shaft is worn or the connecting rod shaft hole is worn. When moving up and down, it will make noise.
7). There is a sharp noise. Check whether the connecting rod bearing is lacking oil and worn
8). Swinging left and right. Due to the misalignment of the balance block of the main machine, please adjust the balance block. The impact force on the ground from top to bottom is very large, and the balance is not very good. In order to reduce the impact force on the ground, please use a vibration damping pad to pad the needle piercing foot firmly, generally with a thicker rubber pad.
