Application:

The auto leveler is used to tomonitor actual batt fiber weight passing over load cell controlled apron, making feed roll adjustments to compensate,  give a constant web weight at doffers.

In order to keep fiber feeding amount to arding machine consistent, install continuous weighing belt between feeder and carding machine, to minimize web weight deviation rate and improve lengthways CV value of product.
