Feature:

Heated rollers are made of heat resistant alloy steel with surface coated chrome or Teflon, and gap among rollers is adjustable.

Inverter motor is used for drive and control.

Heated rollers are adopt heat-resistant alloy steel or 42CrMo, surface engraved by electronic programmed engraving system. 

Separate oil heating system, adjust and keep temperature automatically. 

Up-and down rollers cross over 0-30mm axial direction, pressure in two ends can be adjusted precisely by hydraulic system. 

Bearings are lubricated/cooled by separate oil system. 

Universal coupling is connected to inverter motor for driving.
