Pre-Opener

To loosen all kinds of fiber in bundles, then transfer them to next procedure via blower fan. The pre-opening is by notch-style roller to reduce fibre damage .the main opening is by card wire plate with high efficiency .it is equipped with strong magnet to absorb metal impurities,fiber transfer by fan to next process.

Feature:

Equipped with detection of fiber over load with alarm, feeding rolls auto reverse on E-Stop.

Three options of cylinder: 1) pin-plated cylinder, 2) wired cylinder, 3) metal-plated cylinder.

Equipped with variable speed feeding rollers.

Conveying lattice could be from 1.5 meters to 10 meters according to requirements.
