Web Drafter

The web drafter is used for drafting the folded batt cotton sheet from the cross lapper by multiple sets of variable speed rollers, each with an independent driving device.

This allows for more uniform MD, CD orientation and better surface quality final products. At the same time, the unit weight of the web is adjusted and improve the line speed.

Feature: 

High precision draft roll with wire cloth on the surface and adjustable roll distance.

The upper and lower traction roller can be lifted as a whole, allowing different density of the drum through, easy to clean.

The draft ratio can be gradually adjusted by frequency conversion technology and multiple motor drives to ensure the uniformity of web paper.
